Soma Abedi

Soma Abedi advises German and international investors, open-end as well as closed-end real estate funds and insurance companies in connection with real estate matters such as portfolio transactions and sale-and-lease-back transactions. In this context, her work covers legal advice on purchase agreements in addition to performance of due diligence processes. Soma also advises in connection with drafting commercial lease agreements and judicial enforcement of claims under commercial leases.
