Nadia Chraibi specialises in representing national and international investors, fund companies, banks and project developers in the real estate field both judicially and extra judicially. She advises clients in all areas of commercial real estate law. One of her areas of focus is advising on real estate transactions, particularly in due diligence processes (individual properties and property portfolios). In addition, she advises clients on all matters of commercial tenancy law. Nadia has experience in the area of litigation, including in connection with enforcement of claims of fund companies of closed-end real estate funds and claims relating to the execution of real estate transactions.
