Oliver Platt

Oliver Platt advises his clients in Germany and abroad in the areas of real estate transactions (asset and share deals), real estate financing and refinancing, restructuring of real estate portfolios in crisis as well as the sale and realisation of loan receivables. His further areas of focus include commercial tenancy law, founding of and ongoing advice to real estate funds (particularly real estate private equity funds) as well as external corporate counsel / embedded counsel services.
