Isabel Tannenberg advises clients in the area of real estate tax law, in particular with regard to VAT, trade tax and land transfer tax. The focus of her work is on tax advice to domestic and foreign investors, open-end and closed-end real estate funds, insurance companies and project developers within the context of real estate transactions (asset and share deals) and their structuring. She moreover provides tax advice in connection with the conclusion of lease agreements.
